Strength Quarter is a community lifting club built on the belief that strength training can transform not just bodies, but lives. Our journey began with a simple idea: that everyone deserves the chance to train with purpose, progress with confidence, and be part of something meaningful.
We’re now growing a volunteer team committed to sharing that same philosophy — rooted in coaching, connection, and care.
We’re on the lookout for aspiring or experienced Strength Sports coaches who:
Believe in the power of strength to build resilience and self-belief
Are passionate about teaching and learning
Value coaching in small groups over shouting across gym floors
Enjoy helping others grow stronger, more confident, and more capable — regardless of age or experience
Whether you’re a new coach looking for hands-on experience or an experienced lifter who wants to give back, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll join a small, supportive volunteer team guided by experienced mentors from our partners HENCH and surrounded by curious, friendly, and like-minded people who are committed to making strength more than just a sport — but a shared pursuit for life.
